Within the refurbishment and maintenance sector we include services such as full office refurbishments, kitchen & bathroom replacement programmes for private & social landlords, care home upgrades, external & environmental works, and defect management.

We have extensive experience working within occupied premises, whether a work or home environment and understand the health and safety and quality challenges in a world of limited budgets and tight timescales.

Our difference is our desire to self-deliver as many services as possible. We currently directly employ carpenters, floor Layers, wall tilers, dry liners, plasterers, decorators and multi traders. By opting for direct delivery approach, we can control quality and project timescale as well as reducing the price point for our clients.
